These Terms & Conditions apply to giftinggraceproject.com and to the Gifting Grace Project text message program. By using our website or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.

Text Message Program

Gifting Grace Project sends recurring text messages to sponsors, volunteers and donors who opt in. Messages cover donation drives, volunteer opportunities and events. You can opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form on our website. Consent is not a condition of donating or of any purchase.

Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies (about 2–4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us and you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and text message opt-in data will not be shared, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Donations

Gifting Grace Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity, EIN 86-2431236. Online donations are processed by our donation platform, Givebutter. Contributions designated for specific projects are applied to those projects, as described on our website.
